The company will give you a lot of overtime.
Cons
The company doesn't care about you and neither do the higher management team it's really sad. I have seen good people get fired/leave for working in unsafe environments, but since we "cant say no to the customer" we have work no matter what. Covid, Hurricanes, no lights in warehouse, doesnt matter just figure it out.
