Barb Holiday is a miserable owner to work for. She's illogical, condescending, lacks faith in her employees' intelligence and competence, and worst of all doesn't have a sense of humor. She's a terrible listener that blames employees for everything that goes wrong, and god help you if you ever have a suggestion to improve the workflow. Some employers actually listen to the suggestions for how to make their company better; Barb tends to assume you were just too stupid to do it correctly and re-explains the way she wants you to do things, but louder and slower because you're clearly an imbecile. I'm applying for new jobs every day and I'll be so happy once I can quit.
