Pros
they do have the best product. some good people work there. their service dept is very good so those customers are happy. as any commission job you can make some money,
Cons
unorganized, poor communications, they are not doing their part to bring in business. their competition advertises 3-5 times more. the owner will ask questions but not listen to the answers. I understand they have brought in a manager from another store that is going to be there briefly to try and straighten things out.
