Pros
I started with Fletchers at the end of October. This was my first legal role since graduating from university so I didn't really know what to expect. I applied to Fletchers after reading all the positive reviews about the firm on Glassdoor and the job description appealed to me. I am so glad that I chose Fletchers, everyone across all departments is lovely. Nothing is ever too much trouble for anyone, they will drop what they are doing to help you and I feel like I have been made to feel really welcome. I am really happy with the team that I work with. They have all been super helpful and my manager is really supportive. I am looking forward to what the future holds with this firm and I hope to stay here and progress.

From the outset the welcome you are given on your first day is second to none. This continues as you are integrated into your team and provided with a detailed training plan to ensure smooth transition into your team and the way the firm operates. You feel part of a team and the little perks of breakfast mornings, celebratory drinks, free fruit etc, demonstrates the managements appreciation of the staff.
