Hours building are quick if that's what you're after. Get to work with different airlines. Great engineering team!!

Management over promised all the time; low salary; productivity over safety, fake "just" culture; micro management, arrogant management team.

Quick career progression, friendly colleagues.
Cons
High workload, contracts are to my knowledge generally for 38 hours & expectations that make it impossible to work only 38 hours avg. 45 Low pay initially that will increase quickly but in retrospect to your training costs aviation is not a good choice in general
