Pros
Depending on the office, people are nice and respectful. You can work from home.
Cons
People are reluctant to change. Don't try to suggest anything or your peers won't like you. Everybody is a manager, no career opportunity, deal with it. Prepare for old school processes and excuses about them being new in the market. No real benefits, unlimited holidays is a trap! Check it out.
