Pros

I've been really impressed by the rapid onboarding process and the transparency from leadership and the wider team. Both of these combined have enabled me to be productive from day one.

Cons

More difficult to build relationships in a remote work environment - however that's not Flow specific.

Pros

Fantastic product, amazing leadership & great people. Actively encourage you to pursue personal development opportunities and support you take on positions of responsibility. No micromanagement, trust you to manage your time how you see fit, with almost completely remote options if that suits. Very supportive, transparent, and genuine. Weekly callouts & success highlights with a good overview of how business is doing week to week. Super efficient and very helpful; solving an issue is only ever a slack away. Very good pay with generous insurance & perks - feel so well looked after. The company is always planning fun ways to get the team together, whether they are in the US, Ireland or the UK!

Cons

Not a clear path for growth within some roles seeing as we're expanding so fast. Management is actively working on this though, so far so good!

Pros

The place would have potential if most of their full-time employees weren’t full-on narcissists and actually focused on working on the product they have and growing the company. They have a solid product and that’s it.

Cons

You’ll find yourself constantly confused as to who to “report to”. Both the CEO and the CTO are hardly ever available so you’ll find out soon enough that their full-time staff and pretty much anyone whose been there for more than a year will boss you around on their behalf. But the CEO and CTO are so horrible at their jobs as employers, they will trust their judgement instead of understanding and working with new hires. There’s virtually no culture. People have to show up to work for there to be a culture. The office is empty on most days. Zero room for growth. No reason to stay for a company that is resistant to change. Continually looking for funding and constantly firing employees - not a coincidence. There’s not a single person you can trust in this place. Employees blame each other- no collaboration. Benefits are horrible. The commute from the city to Hoboken is not worth it for their dingy office building. No leadership. The CEO is always saying there’s a high employee turnover rate yet they are the ones firing people and the rest of the people that quit were probably sick of the marketing and legal department’s attitude as well the attitudes of the engineers. The whole company is like 30 people and not a single person is pleasant to work with.
