Pros

A brilliant company that is full of lots of kind, considerate and hardworking individuals. Good company trip every year where they take you to Australia. Financially they are very stable and have strong leadership. Freedom to work how you look and collaborate.

Cons

For those who live in London, the office is in Bracknell and the train from Waterloo is slow.

FEW! There were issues previously around growth but the recent (12 months) recent round of investment and oversight by the investors has addressed this. You are expected to work hard (if thats a negative then perhaps not the right person/company fit?)
