      Great benefits and decent pay, work remotely, managers are all very nice and respectful. great work life balance as they have many family friendly benefits.

      Cons

      limited in career development if you are eager to thrive as it's a pretty small company and not many opportunities.

      Pros

      Awesome products, culture, people and management. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the casual atmosphere belies the passion for the company.

      Cons

      Can be a bit crazy at times but everyone pulls together. If you are not a "team player" you might have a hard time fitting into the culture.

      Pros

      FoodState truly cares about each employee. It is an amazing place to work where I get to make a difference every day. I am not just another employee. Our culture is such that we are allowed to have paid volunteer time and free massages on site. Our company truly believes in health and wellness and we work hard because we know we are appreciated!
