    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Forever 21 full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Unfortunately I can’t think of any. I worked extremely hard increased traffic developed teams increased sales and employee satisfaction and it was never good enough nor was it recognized. Terrible upper management probably due to them being overworked and frustrated as well.

    Cons

Overworked. Under paid. Unrealistic expectations from higher ups with limited to no resources to help you achieve. Not a positive work culture.

I worked at Forever 21 part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good for gaining retail experience, if you work there for at 6 months - 1 year you can get a different retail job just about anywhere.

    Cons

Part-time employees work full-time hours without any of the benefits of being full time. No vacation days, health benefits, sick days, ect. Part timers literally average around 35-39 hours, that's 1 hour short of full time. Very late nights, expected to stay well past your scheduled hours, no personal time.
