Pros
Awesome company where every employee has to wear many hats, but has a very important role and voice in everything that goes on here. Every day brings something new and fun, and I'm always learning. My coworkers are honestly like a second family and often impress me daily.
Cons
There are sometimes long hours and weekend shoots depending on the project. Some of these projects can be fun and exciting, however sometimes difficult to find time to do some personal chores (cleaning, laundry, etc.).

Pros
Fun, creative work environment. We're a small team, but growing, and a close-knit group. There is a great open door policy with Ryan Holloway (CEO), and everyone has a voice in the company. Also, great travel opportunities!
Cons
No dental insurance. Sometimes required to work through the weekend when travelling.
