Pros

Good time off, earned on a bi-weekly basis. Increasing with years on the job.

Cons

Upper management and politics make the entire entity very hypocritical. Claim to be conservative and fair, but play favorites and bend over so easily.

Good job

Pros

It's a good job with 10 paid holidays, flexible with paid time off, off on weekends and home before 4pm everyday.

Cons

Upper management is in "cruise control" and seem to be focused soley on their retirement. They don't seem to care about employees, promotions and interviews for higher positions are biased and one gets the feeling that the system is rigged.

Pros

Good benefits and good pay

Cons

Horribly mismanaged small community that looks at your last name rather than experience. They suck you in with good pay and good benefits
