Pros

The company feels energetic, new ideas always welcome, Founder emphasizes hiring students from UC Santa Cruz and is very flexible. Great, relaxed work environment. Great place to start your career in PR/Marketing!

Cons

Some of the clients were tough, but management is great at delegating and managing client expectations. Not a lot of client diversity. Most of the clients are tech, but this makes sense given nearby Silicon Valley.

Pros

Fun team, great environment, you will learn tons of new things if you're just starting out. In general, the small team is a perk, but it does have a few drawbacks. The company culture and team is what makes this agency so special. You also get fun perks like snacks, company lunches, etc.

Cons

Smaller team, limited support. Sometimes work life balance isn't great - but that is typical in PR. Agency life means you have to switch gears throughout the day.
