I worked at ForwardPMX full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      - Free breakfast, lunch and snacks. - Lots of company activities (socials, drinks, sports etc.) - Amazing people from all over the world and an amazing culture within the office. - Great environment for graduates as your first job.

      Cons

      - Salary is really poor compared to the market. Not just poor but actually really poor and they do keep their wallet tight so do not expect any salary increase unless you really nag about it. - Poor structure within my department. Management was never present and literally no follow up in regards of career progression, even when you ask for it. - With the low chance of career progression and salary increase there is...

      Advice to Management

Skip out on some of the perks and actually provide decent salaries to your staff. Also, if you want to keep staff you need to make sure they progress in their career. In summary, the company has an amazing culture and it is a great environment for a graduate but not so much for anyone who has any interest in career progression.

      Pros

Free breakfast, snacks and lunch There are some friendly people Training courses available Social events

      Cons

Experience varies between teams, it can be hit or miss Pay is below industry average and progression not guaranteed or transparent HR is out of touch and gossips about employees, there is no confidentiality Senior management and some teams are cliquey and get away with bullying Diversity and gender equality are mostly marketing to white wash the company There are consequences for voicing your concerns Underneath...

I worked at ForwardPMX full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Amazing work life balance - staying late is discouraged especially within certain teams. 24 days holiday as standard with the option to buy up to 6 more. 4pm finishes on Friday, extremely flexible attitude towards sick days. Free food. Nice people. Excellent partnership with Sanctus.

      Cons

HR out of touch with the rest of the office. Management potentially too flexible towards sick days meaning some people have to work extra hard to carry the weight of those constantly OOO...

      Advice to Management

Monitor sick days and evaluate the workload of managers vs their junior members - likely you'll find team leads and analysts doing all the work where managers simply 'delegate'

I have been working at ForwardPMX full-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

      - Broad experience across all aspects of workflow. Teams are not segmented and junior employees are challenged and given exposure to new things as much as possible - Great prospects for development, many mid level / senior employees have progressed from junior roles - Industry leading technology which the channel teams are very close to. Able to get involved with the tech and even develop new tools or processes - Great...

      Pros

I have been at Forward3D since November and I think it is a very welcoming company which encourages career development and success. Everyone is very accommodating and easy to work with, and the culture is really great. The benefits have a very positive response here overall and it is a very enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

None that I can think of.

I have been working at ForwardPMX full-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

      - The people are the best in the business & very knowledgable - Fantastic training - You can start off as a grad and move upwards through the business if you put in the effort and the time - Great atmosphere - Encouraged to work agile, and to leave on time - if you're not able to leave on time, there's a resource issue. I've only had to work late a handful of times over my career here - Free food,...

      Cons

      - Pay is below average, despite all the benefits - No visibility from the CEO or really higher management, we only get updates on how the business is doing very rarely - No-one takes ownership of the office space itself. Decor is rubbish (apart from downstairs) and it's not an inspiring place to work. Walls are plain, etc. Wouldn't take much to make it a more creative space, but there's no-one to talk to about this

      Advice to Management

Give us more transparency on what's going on in upper management. Make an effort to change the office to make it a more creative space, or ask for ideas on how to make it nicer. We have lots of creative people who would be willing to step up. Give more transparency on salarys.

      Cons

Limited access to technical expertise for junior staff, leading to junior staff missing out on automation opportunities.

      Advice to Management

There are many opportunities to train, but formal training for mid-level staff is falling short. There is a missed opportunity for a dedicated training program.
