      There is not a single good reason to work for Foundation Financial.

      Cons

      Horrible culture, starts from the CEO all the way down. Condescending management. Managers go out and get drunk at lunch and never return. Overworked and underpaid. 10 hour days during the week and they force you to work Saturdays. Constantly revising commission plans so you make less money. Run, do not walk away from Foundation Financial.

      There are opportunities for financial growth in the commission style of earnings.

      Cons

      I had high hopes for this place - Job is a PYRAMID SCHEME. This company is failing. They have a year, maybe two - before they shut down. They push and push and push - the job is over worked and under paid and under appreciated. Treated like slave labor.
