Pros

*Nice workspace *Some friendly co-workers *Some nice upper-level executives

Cons

*Some upper-level executives are abusive, such as standing over employees to physically intimidate while screaming *Very internally competitive to the point that co-workers, if threatened, will set each other up to fail by withholding information *The salaries at stake do not warrant the backstabbing, then again, the lower the stakes the higher the pettiness - Sayre's Law

Toxicity and Greed

Pros

If you’re a politically-charged young man who likes to complain about liberals, homeless people, and racial minorities, you’re going to fit right in here.

Cons

Every decision is made to maximize executive bonuses at the expense of the employees. The budget for infrastructure is non-existent. Management is hopelessly incompetent. The help desk is critically understaffed and undergoes regular periods of attrition. This acquisition company is willing to let their clients’ infrastructure collapse as long as the executives continue making money and receiving bonuses.

Get paid minimum wage and be exposed to Covid-19 on a daily bases.

Pros

FPG had to give me a raise because Portland increased the minimum wage last month. So I still earn minimum wage, just instead of $12.50 an hour I earn $13.25.

Cons

I’ve been with Foundation Partners since they took over our company 10 months ago. I’ve had no offer of pay raise and there is no shift differential pay incentive for 3rd/graveyard shift workers. We are told we are essential workers but are paid less to pickup and deliver deceased victims of COVID-19, then Amazon drivers do, to not touch dead people on a daily bases.
