Pros

Only the pay is good but it depends on her mood.

Cons

Working at Founders Doc was one of the most frustrating experiences of my career. The founder is highly narcissistic, only caring about herself and her own interests while disregarding the well-being of employees. She micromanages every little detail, creating an environment of stress and distrust. She says one thing but always means another, making it impossible to rely on her words. I have worked in fast-paced environments before, but those companies still valued integrity, recognized employees' contributions, and prioritized their well-being. At Founders Doc, that is not the case. How can they want to be the best when their internal management is so poor? A company cannot succeed with leadership that lacks accountability, empathy, and the ability to foster a healthy work culture. Looking at the current Glassdoor reviews and the company's responses, it’s clear that feedback is ignored. Instead of self-reflecting, the replies are defensive and dismissive, showing no remorse or willingness to change. Employees shouldn’t have to feel like they’re walking on eggshells every day, afraid of saying or doing the wrong thing. No workplace should feel this toxic. If you're looking for a workplace that values employees and fosters growth, stay far away from this company.

Pros

Working at Founders Doc as a Legal Executive was an invaluable experience. The firm truly operates with a startup mindset—fast-paced, innovative, and hands-on. From day one, I was entrusted with meaningful work, from drafting and reviewing commercial agreements to understanding how legal frameworks shape corporate transactions. Attention to detail is critical, and I developed a strong eye for precision, whether in structuring deals or navigating regulatory challenges. Beyond legal work, I also gained valuable insight into how a business operates, from workflow optimization to client management. The pay is competitive, and the fast-paced environment rewards those who take initiative.Attention to detail is critical, and I developed a strong eye for precision, whether in structuring deals or navigating regulatory challenges. Cons

The fast-paced environment isn’t for everyone. Expectations are high, and there’s less hand-holding, but if you're adaptable and proactive, the learning curve is steep in the best way. If you thrive in a dynamic setting, this is an excellent place to grow.

Pros

Good learning opportunities, competitive pay, minimal overtime, work from home permitted. Boss is a micromanager but I personally don't mind being micromanaged.

Cons

Emotionally volatile boss. Expect to get screamed at (like literal, hysterical screaming).
