    it was a job, but id rather have been unemployed than work another day for them.

    Cons

    poor management, disorganised, senior managers lied to regulators, no money for activities, poor standard of care, focus on money rather than care, focus on investors and not what was actually happening on the ground

    To help the elderly and be there for the residents, making a difference putting a smile on someone’s face, which I love about the job.

    Cons

    Poor management, it’s about who you know not what you know. Staff to resident ratio needs to be addressed, unsafe work loads

    Pros

    Beautiful residents, and the food was great.......although the chef is leaving due to very poor management and they were witness to bullying amoungest staff.

    Cons

    Very poor management, when you whistle blow on direct abuse, they make your life unbarable, residents are suffering at the hands of the staff (carers and nurses) all ranks of management are aware and have done nothing

    Good permament staff,qualified,eager to work hard, praying for change of manager

    Cons

    Poor management. The Home where I work,would be better managed only by staff rather then the Manager who bullies permament staff and forces them to leave this place.The aim is to hire agency workes.

    I have been working at Four Seasons Health Care full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    taking care of the clients and getting to know them and their families. I like to see the smile i leave on their faces daily when I am with them. I feel the company doesnt really have any values. as i was told in a staff meeting, its a business. they dont actually care about the clients. Training is minimal and there is no room to grow.

    Cons

    Poor management, no team work, no room for personal growth and no promotions available, work life balance is nil. i am in every weekend longest stretch was 28 weekends in a row and i only got some off because i booked annual leave and in every weekend again since. They dont care about their staff and that is the kind of attitude that makes straff leave and get fed up with their place of work. It's a business, there is no genuine care.

    The residents are the only good thing about Four Seasons, was the reason I stayed so long.

    Cons

    No staff support, poor quality of care, poor wages. No increment for nightshifts. Poor management.
