      Pros

The benefits are great as far as medical and dental are concerned, pay was somewhat competitive. Best training I ever had, benefitted me well when I left.

      Cons

Hey have a serious problem with promoting women, I was called pushy and bossy for doing the exact thing my male manager counterparts were doing. They talk up come nights but unless you know someone high up at your destination property, forget it. Res managers are too worried about dropping their ADR to take care of employees.

      Pros

The Four Seasons offer great benefits to its employees, such as on duty meals, complementary nights in other Four Seasons properties increasing with seniority, gym, sick days, etc. They have a great culture and very good HR policies and practices. It is a social responsible company organizing charity events or taking part in community services.

      Cons

Subjectivity of certain managers/supervisors being friends. We had few parties outside work with our managers and it was awkward when you argued with them the next day about work. Couldn't really know their feelings and opinions.

      Pros

      Great Benefits & Hotel Stays

      Cons

For the most part, this company is truly the greatest Hospitality Management company in the world. However, there are drawbacks in terms of cliquiness, work politics, and the lack of upholding company standards and cutting corners in certain areas.
