      Great staff but some toxic middle management

      Great staff and fun to be around bikes all day

      Cons

      Some really toxic middle management and terrible structure in company making it completely disorganised and unpleasant at times. Also expected to work 6 days a week and every weekend leaving a poor work life balance.
