Pros
in my opinion, even though its not actually a "pro" the boss uses you to fix his own stuff almost as often as you do actual work for the local shop. but obviously still charges the clients/fassmer itself for the work performed, so at least you still get paid.
Cons
To me, the biggest issues with this company really revolves around the "mickey mouse" decisions made by management, the erratic travel schedule/scheduling, the total lack of an actual schedule, unimaginative vision, uninspired creativity, and ultimately pure greed displayed by upper management to pinch every penny out of their clients, the united states government, as well as its employees.
