      Fun culture, some smart talent, stable business due to Visa ownership

      Cons

      The management needs to grow up. Old boys club, some bullying and immature leaders promoted due to their relationship with the CEO rather than merit.

      Great culture and colleagues, excellent benefits and a rewarding environment Having worked in various companies over my 10 year work history I can honestly say Fraedom is an organisation built around it's culture and employees. It is great to see the senior executives are as approachable and visible as can be. No micro-management and you can get on with your daily responsibilities. Fraedom is highly flexible and always accommodate you to maintain the best work/life balance. I feel motivated and challenged to learn something new every day. I truly feel proud for working with an organisation that genuinely cares about it's employees and humbled to be working with some fantastic individuals. Thank you Fraedom for this opportunity! Keep up the great work.

      Acceptable salary, probably things are better now that they are part of VISA.

      Cons

      It is not clear what this companies goals or value proposition is therefore the management doesn't provide clear direction to their employees, I've seen people coming and going very fast. Many people are working for Fraedom for many years and coming from other countries, those individuals enjoy working there, only them.
