      Good Benefits and Bonuses. Leader in Food Service.

      Cons

      Discriminates openly. Managers who scream at you and openly poke fun at your expense. Managers who can't put their personal feelings and insecurities aside and conduct themselves professionally.

      Pros

      A forward thinking internationally successful company with simple family values but very up to date business processes and facilities. Staff tend to stay for their entire career as you have opportunity to grow and good benefits.

      Cons

      A high volume of work is expected and your work shedule can be very demanding and sometimes require overtime. Normal corporate red tape and strict rules apply.

      Pros

      Good benefits and some good people to work with. This was a company where people came and worked for many years, so there was a high level of experience.

      Cons

      Endless restructuring and the future is not bright at the moment. The latest round of restructuring may cause even more adjustments.

      Supervisors doesnt know how to do their job. Human resources is not help.
