The people are what make the company awesome! Great benefits and flexibilityd

We agree that our people are awesome, and we offer great benefits and flexibility to our employees. Thank you for that positive feedback! Our largest customer has restructured and this has had an impact on our company. In our recent reorganization, we openly shared with all of our employees our new business model and where we will focus our future development opportunities. Franke has been a successful company for over 100 years, and we are positive we will continue that tradition as we move forward. Regarding our IT department, we believe that they are integral to the success of our employees and the organization. We have very high retention in that department; therefore, there is not a lot of opportunity to add people from outside of the organization. When positions become available we source both internal and external candidates to find the best fit for the job. Our IT employees stay on top of the latest technologies, and do provide us with fresh perspectives. We believe the Google implementation serves as a good example.

I have been working at Franke full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great benefits and access to a global network of peers. Many events and fun activities throughout the year.

    Cons

Leaders tend to shy away from making tough decisions. They tend to choose to keep the status quo, even if the status quo is clearly not in the best interest of the company.
