    - pay is good and you get to keep all the tips you earn
    - free food when on breaks

    Cons

    - can be expected to work 12-13 hour shifts consecutively with no days off
    - breaks are not guaranteed, you may have to work 12 hours with no break or only a 30 minute break
    - rotas can be changed unexpectedly midweek without consulting staff, making it hard to plan around your shifts

    Pros

    Customers were understanding. Kitchen were improving.

    Cons

    Frequent change of management. No loyalty to good staff. Lazy employees that get away with everything. Always short staffed and still moan about getting complaints

    Advice to Management

    Look after your good team members and weed out the bad. Stop trying to stamp authority in places you aren't familiar with and listen to long standing members of staff. It will only help you in the long run.

    One free meal on shift. That's about it.

    Cons

    No team work or support. Minimum wage. Should be paid more. Bad attitude from all staff. Don't care about staff. Staff are just a number.
