      Tell you how great the company is doing while spending millions on new additions to the company making the employees feel it is an advantage for them when it only serves the owner. Tell you that they don't want to fire and want you to retire from the company which is BS. No sense of conservationism's but much Liberalism. Sorry to see a great company go down the tubes! Good luck to you Roger I will be watching!

      It's a start if you really need one

      Cons

      There's no respect for techs. You will be told how they vaule employees but will work 3 time harder then others here just to get the same 50 cent raise and way less pay even if you know more do more or do bigger jobs.
