      Hi there, We are sorry to hear you are not happy. We are also surprised by the comment on turnover/tenure as these numbers are just not correct. In terms of growth, in our last employee survey (conducted last week) over 80% of employees said they felt they had the opportunity for growth.       Pros

      Low pressure. Not much gets done so not much stress.

      Cons

      Many times I have had people lie to my face. Everyone wants to impress the boss and the million or so middle managers will gladly throw you under the bus if they look incompetent for a second. These guys don’t know how to run a company. Boss does, but is too busy so has to delegate.

      Honestly neil is the glue who keeps everyone together, which could be a bad thing too as he has to spend time managing the relationships. He is very hard working and down to earth, a quality that's hard to find with lot of founders

      Hire the right people for the job.
