    Cons

The owners travel constantly and that leaves a lot to time alone when there are not interns.

I worked at Free Agent Media full-time

    Pros

You will literally do all of the work to run a small business

    Cons

Extremely low salary for 10+ hours of daily work, will put you on a 1099 despite being full time, and does not cover health insurance. President is the most unprofessional and greedy person. He will promise you growth and guilt trip you, don't buy into it.

I worked at Free Agent Media

    Pros

Very fast paced. Everyone got million things to do. The CEO deals with fashion magazines, living magazines and travel sites. The fun thing about the job is, you can see how business works in fashion and living, how to write marketing proposal, and how to sell an ad.

    Cons

The office is small, and CEO has bad temper, he is very intense person, and makes everyone in the office nervous every second. But the other boss is nice and patient to everyone.
