Pros

Leadership and direction Space to grow Ideas are always evaluated fairly Constant feedback from leadership A sense of "you get out what you put in" Flexibility It's worth noting that some past reviews reflect the frustrations of departing employees rather than the full picture of what it's like to work here day to day. Like any workplace, this company has its challenges, but those experiences don't represent the majority. For anyone considering joining, I'd encourage you to look at the broader pattern and form your own impression. The reality is more nuanced than some reviews suggest.

Cons

Added benefits such as 401k would be a plus

Pros

FreeCast gives you real ownership over your work. You’re trusted to be creative, move quickly, and make decisions that have a tangible impact on the company. There’s strong cross-functional collaboration between departments, which keeps projects dynamic and encourages big-picture thinking instead of siloed execution. It’s an excellent environment for self-starters who want autonomy and visibility. Career growth potential is significant for those who take initiative and consistently deliver results. Leadership is accessible, ideas are welcomed, and contributions genuinely matter. The culture is energetic and team-oriented, and small perks like Wednesday morning breakfasts add to the sense of community.

Cons

As a growing startup, processes and communication channels are still evolving. Priorities can shift quickly, and structure may not always be as defined as in larger organizations. Benefits and compensation reflect a scaling company rather than a large, mature corporation. That said, this is part of the tradeoff for having meaningful influence and growth opportunities at this stage.

Pros

Access to all levels of leadership. The CEO keeps everyone in the know about all aspects of the business. Lots of technology to make your job easy, Every Wednesday we have an all hands meeting to hear from the CEO about our growth and projects. He cares about the people. After the meeting we are all treated to brunch. Flexible schedules when needed. You feel like your contributions actually matter. Great location. Great coworkers. Casual dress code and you can express your true self.

Cons

The benefits they offer are good but they could offer more.
