      Not many to speak of. Really a disappointing place to work.

      High turn over, poor compensation, dysfunctional ownership.

      Pros

      Employee (only) insurance paid - you pay for your family Breakroom with snacks Balance balls provided upon hire for better posture.

      Cons

      CEO is high maintenance Office is run based on favoritism Firing all staff in US and hiring in Mexico to lower their overhead. CEO puts every qualified candidate in a room and askes what you would be willing to take the job for, and hires whomever says they will take the job for the least amount of money.
