Pros

- Good pay (with average benefits) - Good budgets for projects - Talented people to work with - Post-production process and marketing game is top-notch

Cons

- This company is over 10 years old, but has a "startup feel" to cover their poor management. - Leadership mandates changes in the company's direction every six months or so, without employee feedback, and communicates it poorly to staff. - Despite branding as "news," 80% of work time is spent creating paid advertising. - Multi-perspective reporting is discouraged in favor of the Freethink worldview: libertarian, consumerist, technological innovation solves all problems. - Expect the CEO of the whole damn company to chime in on your rough drafts like he has nothing better to do. - Staff hired fresh out of college doesn't know any better.

Poor work-life balance, you might end up working 70-hour weeks. Low pay for the quantity of work.
