High overturn of management, limitations in internal progress i.e. unwillingness to recognise the potential when you've been in the company for years. Seemed there was favoritism towards those that the regional manager actually liked as opposed to actual work ethic. Poor pay.

Incentives if you make budget, new collections are nice and you get a pretty good discount on most items, fairly cruising job

Management turnover, managers don’t always tell you everything in terms of changes in the company, training standards are different depending on the store
