I have been working at Frontier Airlines full-time for more than 10 years

          Pros

Denver Based. Decent Benefits. Pay Scale Recently Improved

          Cons

All contract except Pilots, Flight Attendants & Denver Mechanics. Disorganized, chaotic & haphazard operation. Horrible middle management communication with employees. No concern for what would help employees in the execution of their job. Extremely understaffed & poor moral. Very little concern for environmental care & protection.

          Advice to Management

Talk to your employees about their job challenges & then act on them.

I worked at Frontier Airlines part-time for more than a year

          Pros

It was a good stepping stone for getting my foot in the door in the airline industry.

          Cons

If you called regarding a delay or cancellation with questions, they hardly answered or you had to wait on hold for sometimes over 30 minutes. Passengers only options were to “rebook on frontier or refund.” Rebooking on frontier often meant taking a flight 3 days later because there were no seats open anymore. They wouldn’t...
