I have been working at Fujitsu full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible working, manage own time. Recent starters on v good salaries and benefits package very good. Management trying hard to change and move the company forward.

    Cons

Is there a long term future for companies like this? No major wins for a long time and scrapping around for small contracts appears to be strategy to survive.

I have been working at Fujitsu full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Available work & project opportunities (especially as a graduate) are quite diverse and interesting - Flexible working helps to deviate from the standard 9 to 5, which is quite a nice bonus

    Cons

    - Long working hours dependent on project - Some projects could be managed in a better fashion with consistent communication between peers
