I have been working at Fujitsu full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

After a couple of difficult years this company is back to better times. Strong local leadership, strong digital transformation programs and customer experience are key. Good pay, good work environment. Work hard, show loyalty and you will be rewarded.

    Cons

Advancement can sometimes be lottery. Pay levels vary massively within same/similar roles

I have been working at Fujitsu full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Consistent 40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime, some flexibility in shift, friendly working environment, supervisors and managers are knowledgeable and encourage personal growth

    Cons

Training needs more work as it doesn't follow a set process for new starters, difficult (but not impossible) to advance in career within Fujitsu, needs more staff as the ones there are sometimes stretched too thin

I have been working at Fujitsu full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

A real inclusive environment to work in with flexible working, and development. A huge scope of work across multiple customer bases, and verticals. If you are a self starter, then plenty of opportunity to develop, or lead projects.

    Cons

A haphazard approach with distributed systems that are not fully integrated. Everything is a manual process, no toolsets, or automation to help get things done quickly. No standard templates, or processes with every solution a manual re-invent the wheel exercise. Strategy driven centrally from Japan, with this not always aligned with the view from customers worldwide.

    I worked at Fujitsu full-time

    Pros

When not tied up with ridiculous process and policies, pretty good working environment with a lot of nice colleagues. Decent flexibility on working arrangements and work life balance.

    Cons

Technical staff are not properly recognised for the work that they do and definitely not paid accordingly or anywhere near market rates. Seems to be a culture of top management take all and everyone else gets nothing. Very policy driven company, which can make things very difficult and portrays an obstructive image to customers and other external stakeholders.
