      If you are a seasoned professional, working at Fulton County will give you the potential to kill your career. Upper-level management must have political connections to keep their jobs intact. Lower level people consistently display unprofessional, insubordinate and fraudulent behavior....Poor customer service skills, lack of respect for authority, racially motivated behavior in the workplace.....

      There isn't anything good about working there except they always want to feed you or have parties and attendance policy.

      Cons

      A lot of corruption The working environment is too laid back. There's never a since of urgency with anything. The culture is basically" this is how we've been doing it". The good employees have just given up, moved on to other places or just ride their time out. Pretty much a lot of wasted salaries

      Pros

      Local government is exciting and an important entity which ensures the county and its respective city residents receive essential services. Critical decisions are made on a county level. Many talented young professionals are brought on and eager to learn and contribute to the organization.

      Cons

      Many long term employees, especially managers and administration, are stuck in the "tradition" of how things have always been done and don't practice any level of innovation or forward thinking.
