      No best things to share.

      Cons

      The worst company I have ever worked with. The whole family interfere in the business. Its just like a Kirana Shop. No respect for employees. Please dont believe those positive comments because from last four years each employee left within a day or two in that company. You dont have work and family life balance there. No respect for girls and their character. The reviews were given by the guidlines of the owner and not by themselves.

      No best reasons at all.

      Cons

      1. No space for personal life. 2. No work etiquette(how to treat the employees,how to speak,respecting them). 3. Interview was awe full !!! 4. No space to sit in the office. Not even enough chairs. 5. No separate wash room for ladies, its combined !!! 6. Everyday need to listen a half an hour speech from the so called owner. 7. Each family member will interfere in the company matters. No professionalism. 8. CC Camera's to keep an eye , whether you work properly or no. 9. 10 hours working and still they are not at all satisfied with your work.

      I am working in Future Robo System since 19months and day by day i can see my growth and the company is unique and there is a lot of opportunity where we can learn 1new thing daily. Business is divided into 3 parts, 1st. Automation and Robotics, CCTV and Biometric, Vtradefair.com the unique and ultimate marketing website. In this company the person who can learn will grow in a short period of time. Motivation, Mentoring and lot of training provided by our Proprietor and CEO, CTO. I am proud to see my self in FUTURE ROBO SYSTEM.
