To get those benefits, you will work non-stop, you’ll be berated, nothing you do will be good enough. You have a family? Too bad so sad. You don’t need to see them you have work to do. You’re told to take your vacation but then you’ll be sent condescending emails for the next week about how far behind you are on your work. Micromanaging? You got it! There are very few written procedures and the ones there are - well, they’ll change by the time you can use them. The systems used are horrible. Training? Nothing that is really beneficial - you’re just expected to know how to do everything. Don’t worry - they’ll just keep adding more managers to come up with more nonsense work for you to do. Everything you do will require 12 steps when it should be 5. I left several months ago and swear I have PTSD from this place. Life was good before FuturePlan purchased my former company.
