Pros

1) If you're willing, you can learn a lot. 2) Once you work ++ hours there's an excellent sense of camaraderie. 3) Eager workforce 4) Most people honestly are doing there best to make this place work. 5) Managers will try to teach you if you work hard enough to track them down, but this is sometimes difficult.

Cons

1) Several times if I told HR something seemingly in confidence, within moments my supervisor would pull me into their office to discuss the matter. 2) Rarely will you find someone who has work/life balance, I pulled some obscene (100 hour) weeks. This depends on who you work for and what project your on, and what you do some people work 40-50 hours, some people are on the phone with management until 3 am routinely. I wouldn't risk it again. 3) There is no process. Work just flys around in a half hazard manner, and whatever is getting the most pressure gets worked. 4) As a result of the amount of work to be done it's infrequent that you're congratulated on the work you did meaningfully, such congratulations will usually come when you've performed some simple task quickly as opposed to completing a massively long drawn out task that received high viability but was never scoped properly for a level of effort. 5) Speaking of level of effort, you will usually not be asked for one, someone up the chain will decide that X or Y task takes X or Y days, promise it to the customer regardless of contract deliverables, and regardless of the work you're already doing, they will start bothering you for completion. 6) Management. They have supervisors more than managers, Technical people who are more advanced at what they do get promoted to lead, when management and technical skill are two entirely different things. As a result Management niceties like scheduling and planning, process and documentation, cross training, training AT ALL tend to suffer.

Pros

1)A very good place to start your technical career after college (CS/IT related). 2)Learn about Financial Management systems and SaaS. 3)Recently established a mentoring program, considered somewhat of an improvement in communication. 4)Good incentives program. 5)Friendly colleagues. 6)Free breakfast.

Cons

1)Increasingly young (inexperienced) workforce. 2)Low employee retention and morale. 3)No immediate replacement for former employees. Work is redistributed among other employees of the same job title. This is overwhelming for an already understaffed team. 4)Long work hours and management’s expectation of all employees to pick up the phone any day, anytime. 5)Nonexistent work-life balance. 6)High stress environment due to lack of: adequate staffing, foresight, future planning, and communication. 7)Management is overly zealous with promises to clients. 8)Inefficient team/reporting structures. 9)Certain departments/teams are understaffed considering the workload. 10)Not flexible on telecommuting although technology seems to be in place.

Pros

Ability to work on lot of things. Fast paced environment. Free bagels if you arrive before 9 am. The health insurance given is great. Some really good technical engineers- I'm assuming they are paid a lot. Easy to get a job

Cons

Insensitive and rude senior managers and senior HR Extremely poor leadership and management Very mediocre salaries. No work life balance. Apart from late working hours, you will be working on most of the weekends. Extremely hard to get a single vacation- u need to get it approve by five people to get a single day vacation. They have policies for every single trivial thing. No appreciation for good quality work. They want the work to done anyhow to meet the crazy deadline. Zero recreational or fun activity inside the company. All work, no fun. All in all not a good place to work. There are a lot better companies out there. Save yourself.
