      - Provides a continuous learning environment where you can learn whatever interest you most - In addition to the strong engineering culture, you'll also learn Business, Leadership, and Management - Smart, young, passionate, friendly, and supportive co-workers - Great salary and benefits - Free lunch and snacks

      - Sometimes a project can be short-term, so you always need to be ready to move on to the next project

      - Friendly boss - Decent Benefit - Performance bonus - Learning = Working

      Cons

      - Enterprisey - Don't have a great product - They are promoting the "wrong" engineer/manager. You can save your commit, push it at night or on the weekend to get promoted. - A lot of lousy engineers & PM promoted to principal. Most of them are playing the political game or fake commit, and somehow you need to have an excellent personal relationship with them and let them steal your credit.

      okay company, but I dont have work life balance

      - learning opportunity - brownbag - team building - movie night

      Cons

      - no work life balance. you might work on weekend/public holiday. no matter what fun event you have, if the culture is still fundamentally broken, it will be just short term solution - unrealistic target and KPI - you can get scold in meeting with so many people by the boss - "everything more than 1 week is slow" is very unrealistic dogma from CEO. there are tasks clearly need time to finish longer than 1 week
