    Pros

    Good family atmosphere, My store had good Assistant managers. Company encourages training and progression. Company show days twice a year to Doncaster race course for new product launches. Staff discount is amazing.

    Cons

    Higher management not always aware of store level needs. Budgets for staffing small.

    None to mention as the firm has no pros

    Cons

    Bullying, intimidation and accusations of theft when the till was down despite others using the same till.

    Advice to Management

    Employ people who have the skills and diplomacy to deal with the young staff you employ rather than the bullying staff you have in Wakefield

    You can get an ok bonus if your store does well enough or something like that, people that work there are very nice as well.

    Cons

    Terrible pay (absolute minimum wage) and flexibility is non existent, have to gibe a months notice.
