      MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST . Too much politics, no clear directions and hierarchy, no consistency in processes and standards. BIG IN MICROMANAGEMENT .if you want an employer that micromanages you so much. This is the employer your looking for. Want no proper SOPs? And a management you cant trust? This company is for you
