      Pros

      There are tons of opportunities for self growth as it is a growing company and leadership is very supportive of you creating your own path. Great group of people.

      Cons

      Not for someone who isn’t self motivated. Roles aren’t clearly defined which would be a negative if you don’t want to define your own role.

      Great company to work for, a dynamic and fast growing company with great people. Ideal for anyone looking for a self starter type role.

      Cons

      If you’re not a self starter may find it hard to break into the company. Would not be a con as it is something you should know going into the role.

      The people that work here are amazing to work with and super friendly. Everyone is knowledgeable about their position which makes it easier when asking questions and getting along with coworkers.
