Pros
Flexible scheduling, most shifts are evening so no waking up at 6am, easy work, no micromanaging. As long as you do what you're supposed to, you'll be fine. Supervisors are nice, there's no drama in the workplace.
Cons
hours are not guaranteed, on slow seasons you may not work at all for days at a time. only allowed to schedule one Saturday off per month. this is fine as a second job or for spending money, it's not going to pay the rent.
