Pros
Fantastic opportunity for experience and to get started in the gaming/testing industry. Working with games is fun. Fun people.
Cons
Too quick to point the finger. Low pay. Have to account for your time. If timecard entries are not proper, they come down on you hard. High stress for low pay compared to same industry elsewhere.

RecommendsPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Gaming Laboratories International full-time for more than a year
Pros
Friendly coworkers and management. Typically low pressure. Great heath benefits. Lots of days off right from the start. Good place to get a job right out of school. It's a nice resume builder, but don't stay here for too long.
Cons
The pay for software engineers is well below the regional average. The software engineering managers understand this, but the upper management won't give them the resources to do anything about it. The software groups are constantly changing because of the relatively low pay. People jump ship the moment a better opportunity comes along. Upper management makes questionable policy changes frequently. They throw blankets over problems then pat themselves on the back. More paperwork for everyone seems to be their favorite solution.
