It's a genuinely pleasant work environment, all the staff treat each other as family and we all work together to create the best service we can, since working for Gant I haven't been able to recall an unpleasant experience with a staff member (I've been working there around a year) however it is a retail job and every now and again there may be a customer who is slightly difficult to deal with. I enjoy my job and the branch I work in the team are so friendly and as a company I have no complaints at all but I know that if anything ever goes wrong at work there'll be someone to talk to.
