I worked at Gap full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Sales staff members were nice, also there was a lot to do work wise at the specific shop I worked in. Also the quality and style of the clothes were good, so I could be proud in what I was selling.

    Cons

Very disorganised and management can be collaborative. On top of this management hated each other, although the assistant staff member I worked with were all very nice.

I have been working at Gap

    Pros

Staff discount You only have to do 2 saturdays a month but you do have to keep track otherwise manager will give it out again.

    Cons

you can tell the management team your availability 100 times and they will still give you more than you can do, I go to uni and they don't care that you can't do the hours they keep and they ring you all the time to do a shift on your day off or start earlier than your scheduled time. in my store there isn't a week that they don't ring you and change the rota, it gets changed all the time. They are horrible people to work for

I worked at Gap part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Learned a lot about retail and part time job. Pay was alright. Learned a lot about how to deal with costumers and be patient.

    Cons

Stand all the day. Physically tiring. Bad management. Repeated work and it got boring at the end. Too many unthoughtful policies and it was getting worse.
