I worked at Gap part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The team there was really friendly; everyone knew each other and were on good terms. Easy talking to managers about problems and issues, they were very understanding. Flexibility to swap shifts at a short notice was always a plus, managers always helped to work it out. Most customers were friendly but you got the odd few. Really nice working there as my first job at 16.

    Cons

The weekly schedules were random, and there was no set shifts most of the time. I did although work a Thursday evening shift for 4 months. Sometimes the schedules would come out 3 days before the week or sometimes 2 months in advance so a bit unreliable but easy to work around. A bit annoying about how management continuously asked us to ask customers for emails to reach targets so sometimes we would have to make the emails up.
