I have been working at Gardiner & Theobald

    Pros

There are technically very competent teams and partners. Reasonably good senior management communication. Good office facilities. Good technical experience and client base. Very good service to clients.

    Cons

Partnership structure, heavily weighted at top making career progression tough. Expectation that employees will work 'as required' to complete projects.
