I have been working at Gardiner & Theobald full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    1. A passionate and caring leadership with great backgrounds, and experience. Everyone I have encountered has time to support driven employees and make no secret about the requirement to "do it yourself". 2. Significantly improved maternity policy (now very competitive within the market) 3. Great health insurance policy 4. Access to great training and development plans 5. Has a great reputation within the industry to have great people. People are not hired to be a "bum on a seat" which I have seen in many other larger consultancies. 6. Great office in Central London and meeting rooms 7. Very strong values and the culture within G&T is great. Having a good reputation is very important to me and I am very glad to see that it is a key focus to ensure we maintain that position within the market.

    Cons

These are not from my experience but it is worth presenting others employees position for others to read. 1. Potentially hard to change projects once you are in. However this is again the concept of "do it yourself".
