Interesting job role, very good training, get to travel.
Cons
Must be extremely flexible with your time as you can be sent away last minute. Offshore pay should really be better.

Pros
- interesting job role - good location - on site canteen
Cons
- no communication from management team - lack of duty of care with regards to staff wellbeing or their safety - staff constantly pushed to work beyond their hours onshore and offshore leading to fatigue and stress - no rewards for those who go above and beyond even though it’s expected of you - friction between departments which management ignore - management ask for your opinion on matters and ignore you when you comment so pointless
